Most new construction stucco failures trace back to one of three things: improper weather barrier installation, undersized expansion joints, or insufficient cure time between coats. We do all three correctly. Scratch coat, brown coat, finish coat — with proper cure windows and lath that meets or exceeds ASTM C1063. Inspections pass on the first walk every time.

We coordinate directly with your superintendent, frame schedule, window install, and rough inspections. Our crews mobilize when the wall is ready and demobilize the day we finish — no dragging out the punch list. Daily site photos and a single point of contact keep the GC informed without phone tag.
